Yes, I'm totally serious that you might slime shit your pants if you eat a couple packs. The reviews on Haribo's sugar free gummy bears are legendary because of this issue.

Edit: It is true that erythritol, considered a next generation artificial sweetener, tends to induce less gastrointestinal distress than earlier sugar alcohols, but it is not true that large quantities of erythritol is completely without risks. If you get a lot of flatulence off a single pack, know to keep a toilet near if you consume a few packs in a moment of weakness.

Never had the squirts while eating this, but sensitivity to sugar alcohol is definitely a real thing. Eat these at home after a gym session, not before lol

My local grocery outlet has these at 8$ too bad I'm not a fan of these for the funny aftertaste otherwise I'm a big quest fan

Those sugar-free gummy bears contain maltitol, not erythritol, which is much easier on the stomach. Not all sugar alcohols are created equal.

Worst I ever got from erythritol is a bit of gassiness. Maltitol I'm stuck to the toilet all night from 1 or 2 servings.

These are better in my opinion. However, microwaving the cookies for a few seconds makes them significantly better.

It has to do with the lower molecular weight and shorter molecule, but as you describe yourself as fairly sensitive to other sugar alcohol, it might be a bad idea to pig out and eat 3 or 4 packs of the the erythritol candies.
