Sparkle has always been ~$1 per "double roll" off-sale
The thing here is they've now just shrunk the product on purpose to maintain the price with inflation.
So instead of 126 sheets per roll, you are now getting only 110
Doesn't sound like a lot less but it's actually one less roll per package (where it's six "double" rolls)
new 615/(6x110) = 0.93 cents per sheet
old 615/(6x126) = 0.81 cents per sheet
See how that works?
It's been this price forever, they just shrunk it.
Walmart still has some of the old packs listed, a few still in stock but gone soon
