Right, but if you go to the Dyson store on Newegg and set the filter for new products only, this product will be listed there.

I'm not sure either. Newegg will screw us if it is refurb and still their fault. Wish this was sold on Amazon for this price. Maybe Amazon will price match.

I sent a message to the Dyson store on Newegg and asked for clarification if it's new or refurbished

aside from refurbished in the overview text description, the other vacuums for dyson have marketing pictures and formatted. definitely skeptical.

It came Today. It's refurbished but everything looks brand new. I inspected all parts and no signs it was ever used. I am happy with the purchase. It came with all the attachments listed for V8 Absolute. It was a good deal in my opinion.
