plan on replacing the fans. I suggest Arctic P14 fans. they're cheap, quiet and still move a lot of air through a rad.

why are we replacing them?
I just installed mine and they are dead silent.

It's a decent cooler so far, only have had it about a week. The software that controls the pump and RGB is junk and "supposedly" was going to be updated, but that was promised a year ago. If anyone knows of what software to help control this pump, let me know! Thanks.

I have a generic Chinese brand pump with RGB, I just set pump and fan speed curve in BIOS, and then use Asus Aura software to control RGB color.

I have this cooler for my Ryzen 9 5900x. Definitely not the best CLC option out there, but for $60 its fine.

The fans are terrible. They howl/whine at certain RPMS and don't really flow a lot of air through the radiator. I had to RMA the entire unit because the fans started rattling like metal balls in a paint can. My second unit worked fine for a while but just started doing the same thing. I have the radiator mounted at the top of my Lian Li O11 Dynamic case with the fans pushing air upwards through the radiator. The fans being suspended, hanging underneath the radiator may be contributing to the eventual fan issue but no fan should have this problem.

The software that runs the fans and the pump works fine, but if the software isn't running there's no fan/pump control, so keep that in mind.
