I hate to be a thread crapper, I really do (especially for great products)... but... I would go into any purchase from Woot!with a lot of caution. Even more caution should be taken when buying anything refurbished from them. They used to be great before the Amazon acquisition. Nowadays, they seem to be a dumping ground for Amazon rejects, returns, and counterfeit products. Some people have great experiences. I have had a lot of headaches from them (missing shipments, counterfeit and low quality, etc.) so I just don't buy from them anymore. Again, I'm not trying to be a downer but I would look for a deal on these elsewhere.

Yes, if that quote is accurate, they do not offer free returns for this product. They will take the cost of the shipping it takes to return the product and deduct it from what you get back as a refund of your original payment

Am I confused or does that say if they receive their product back to them and it's not damaged. They will deduct from your refund?

Yeah I agree. Woot sells a lot of junk. It's basically Amazon Warehouse rejects which says a lot 😂. That said I've taken a chance on a few items here and there and been satisfied for the prices paid. Just don't expect much and you should definitely not rely on Woot products for primary use or anything like that.
