This cover includes a flip-up cover to protect the pen from coming off when the back of the tablet brushes against anything. And most importantly, it includes a fold-out kickstand which can be positioned to hold the tablet at any angle (landscape mode). IMHO this is the best part of the keyboard case (my keyboard sits in a drawer unused most of the time), and reason enough to get it. I really wish they'd make just a regular cover with this kickstand.
The drawback is that the case offers zero protection along the edges and corners. You will want a different case if you're accident-prone. And the S8 Ultra is probably the biggest you can go with this design, as the kickstand tends to flex a bit when you press down on the volume keys. The kickstand on the S7+ keyboard case (which can be used on the S8+ and vice versa) felt a lot more solid due to its smaller size.

With this case, my Ultra has become my TV and general use tablet at my desk at home.
