I have the S7. Got it for 454 before tax I think around Thanksgiving. The mopping is great. I wasn't expecting much out of it but mopping is the best thing about this model. The mapping is pretty good too but the software kind of sucks. I can't save the map to revert back easily. And when you resume in some tight spot, it's totally confused where on the map it is. But those are minor gripes. Overall, it's excellent.

Owned the s5 for several years and I loved it with the exception of the mopping. Just upgraded to the s7 and mopping is definitely one of the best features. Definitely worth the plunge if your on the fence. Just ordered a second one for the second floor (yes I'm to lazy to move the vacuum from floor to floor).

Hi Coli, you have the w450 and is working pretty good for you? Looks good on paper but noticed the cheaper one w400 has no Wi-Fi which is why maybe mixed reviews. I have the Tineco vacuum/mop which I really like so hoping a robot mop could match that.

It really works, only issue is hard to get lint out of that roller, actually, how the hell do you get lint out of that roller.... and when it's too full of lint it doesn't suck as much water back. From what I read the W400 is too stupid software wise so I would only get the W450.

How does it work with when there's a mix of floor and carpet on the same level? my 2nd floor has one room with carpet and one room with hardwood. Is it smart enough to not mop on the carpet?
