I'm not sure what is being shipped but this one, SM-T220NZSBXAR, is spec'd at 32gb.
My tablet finally arrived.
This tablet's screen [800 x 1340 pixels, 5:3 ratio (~179 ppi density)] has lower resolution than what it will replace, [1200 x 1920 pixels, 16:10 ratio (~283 ppi density)] but has better clarity with the same icon and font settings. Definitely worth the $90. I just bought another.

Is this tablet any good? I like the smaller screen size. This is a 64gb storage/3gb ram model btw.
No, it is not. I have it and I'm about to return mine. The speakers are tinny. The colors are dull and the screen is washed out. Low resolution on it. Navigation and web browsing can be pretty slow due to the weak processor. It cann take like 10 secs to load up a website despite having fast Wi-Fi. I don't game but I'd wager it sucks there too.
In summary: you really do get what you pay for. This sub $100 tablet is really mediocre. Only pick it up if you're on a tight budget, or you want something to gift to a kid or something.
The model number of this seems similar to the T-Mobile tablet that many people got in the last few months from the $10/mo unlimited business tablet plan... And if they're about the same, it isn't a great tablet in my opinion. It's slower than some refurb tablets I bought several years ago that cost less than this.
Please pass on this. I got this in Oct for a very low price at Target - was something like $79 brand new after stacking deals, and coupons. Tablet is too slow for even using Google Books - literally takes 20 seconds just to render the next page if the book is picture intensive (I was trying to read a bunch of Star Wars comics....and ensured I had downloaded the entire comic book unto device before reading it).
