Bought this at the same price last year when it went on sale. This is a really helpful tool to improve your swing when used correctly. When the club reaches the top of your backswing, make sure to rotate and lead with the hips to get maximum flex in the shaft and get it to make the whipping sound just after the bottom of the swing. This is what I do and it has helped a ton to generate more lag in my swing and more distance.

My gf who is 5'2 uses this - it's to warmup, so she just chokes down on the shaft.

I have had this for several years now. It has a permanent place in my bag. Even bought a headcover for it. You can use this to stretch your shoulders, hips, back and more along with warmup swings and improving swing lag. Highly recommend at this price!

When I first saw this, I thought "how stupid."

Now, if I don't warm up with it for a few minutes before a round or range session, I suck. Highly recommend (the product, not sucking).

Also, for those who are interested in doing some speed training, it's pretty helpful. Taking 20-50 swing-for-the-fences downswings with this will really work up a sweat, and the flex will help your rhythm. You won't become Bryson overnight or in a month, but you'll definitely see some more pop (and feel it in your abs/trunk).
