I'm pretty sure all these machines are made in China anyways. Skip the middle man and get it straight from the factory.

Don't know why they wouldn't be legal on the golf course. They are everywhere over here in Europe. I'm currently stationed in Germany and every course I've been to have them.
Only Americans use the push carts (non electric) over here. There are a few of us Americans that have jumped on board the electric trolleys.

I buy from Aliexpress more often than from Alibaba. For my electric trolley, I contacted a few companies, got some information and offers, then i went with the company I felt safe with.
I've been happy with my purchases. Shipping does take awhile though.
