These are pretty cheap every place else as well. $29.99 for Reeboks feel cheap. I think I've figured out why though.
Based on the reviews, it appears these shoes run a full size too small. People like them though, so order accordingly. Never worn anywhere close to size 11 though, so that may be kinda weird ordering that.
Not a fan of Reebok's cheap line. They are okay if you need a pair of sneakers but don't expect to work out in them. Their higher end stuff is quality and much better than anything Nike puts out.

I bought several pair of these a few years back. They were sized accurately when I bought them. I love these because they have wide and half sizes. These fit better for me than all of the new balance deals that used to be on here.

I purchased 3 pair of these for ~$26 each about a year ago. 10.5 is true to size with my Nike pairs. The Reeboks haven't held up as well as the Nike Downshifter and don't provide as much lateral support. I wear them for walking around town, trail walking, but they're definitely not for a rocky trail.
I have a couple of pairs of cheapo Flexagons as well. They are comfortable for me and I added some inserts to them and they are great for walking 3-4 miles per day. Like someone else said, not great lateral support and I notice if I am on an uneven sidewalk that slopes from left to right, they are a little unstable. But for working or walking or relatively flat surfaces, they work great for me. I wouldn't trail run or sidewalk run in them though. Size 12's were spot on for me, fit well.

I'm a 9.5 dress shoe, and 10 sneaker. Nikes doesn't mesh well with me because I have wide feet and Nikes tend to run narrow. I take it back, I have purchased higher than a size 10 before. It was some Nike shoes that seemed to fit okay and I just checked they are size 11.
The next time you're in a store, humor me and yourself and try a size 10.5 New Balance, maybe even in the wide size and see if it still fits true to form. Then humor yourself a try a size 9.5 in New Balance and see how that feels.
I've been a size 10 since I was a teenager, so I know it's not just the one brand.

For $30, I would pick this one up instead of some random one at Ross.
