Got 2 of these when they came up on SD a couple of weeks ago; phenomenonal!
The stands they come with are very nice and provide for portrait viewing. Take up a ton of desk space though, Instead I Paired with this:
AVLT Dual 13"-32" Monitor Wall Mount fits Two Flat/Curved Computer Monitor Full Motion Height Swivel Tilt Rotation Adjustable Monitor Arm - VESA/Cable Management https://a.co/dDJ7ZKZ

Does the monitor bleed? Does the full black screen bleed white on edges and corners?
Who manufactures the LCD panels? Is IPS better than VA?
I usually prefer IPS, because I need the ability to go to PORTRAIT orientation. When VA is viewed perpendicularly, the limited viewing angles is very narrow.
VA is usually cheaper to make for faster 1 ms no lag gaming.
Who manufactures the LCD panels? Is IPS better than VA?
IPS usually has better color accuracy, wider viewing angles, faster response, less ghosting/black smearing (especially important for games), while being more expensive.
VA has better contrast and deeper blacks and are generally cheaper.
IPS is generally better for gaming, while VA is generally better for viewing in dark rooms due to its deeper blacks.
with that said, there are good IPS and bad IPS, same with VA. there is also panel lottery with the amount of backlight bleed, dead pixels, color accuracy out of the box, etc.
since a monitor is something you'll be directly looking at for a long time, consider your budget/needs and go for quality (picture quality, quality control, reliability) over quantity (size of screen, numbers on the spec sheet or features that are less important to you).

According to the site reviews. People are reporting minor light bleed in some corners and dead pixel clusters.
Though you have to take it with a grain of salt, because people are more likely to leave a review on a product where something went wrong rather than leaving a review when everything is fine.
$250 is a solid price for 32" 2k gaming monitor. Whats Monoprices dead pixel policy? Reviews are limited, but several mentioned dead pixels.
From Monoprice website:
"1 Year PixelPerfect™ Warranty
Forget about confusing guarantees that make you count dead pixels or figure which screen regions they occupy. You don't want any dead pixels on your display and we don't either, so for a period of one year we will replace any monitor that develops a dead pixel anywhere on screen."
