Mine just expired. Bought 3 3-month plans
Entered/Redeemed the first code it was accepted
I accepted recurring billing for one free additional month
I turned off recurring billing
Entered/Redeemed the second code and got an error
Entered/Redeemed the second code and got an error (see attached pic)
Are the CDKeys codes bad?

EDIT: Tried on both the web browser (PC) and on the XBox, Same Error on both.

Looks like there's a problem on the Microsoft side of things and not with your code(s).

Am I doing something wrong?

The code isn't working at all. I'm trying to redeem but I'm getting the error "This code cannot be used with one or more items in your cart"

This is getting frustrating

Edit: I figured it out, I guess I was in the wrong part of Eneba? I decided to search it through Google and clicked on it and suddenly it worked. Either way, good deal

I just did the whole process and it worked out fine so I can confirm it's still valid.

Since Microsoft's Xbox system is kind of messed up, I'd logout of your xbox account, clear your cache and log back in and restart the process.

Same exact problem. First code worked flawless, now any I try return that App Error.

I already did that and nothing. Checked for outages and shows everything (redeem code) working. [xbox.com] The only thing shown with issues was an online game.
How long ago did you do yours? I did mine just after midnight eastern time.

About 1 AM ET.

Did you logout from your browser, Xbox App on PC and Xbox Console? Logout of all three and then clear cache, log back in in browser only and try it.

If it doesn't work, I'd say it's something in your account and you will have to contact MS.

I tried using the microsoft store app and also that link you provided (tried 2 browsers on PC and mobile). Didn't try console yet. I'm trying chat support now

Cleared the PC cache and history twice. Logged off XBox on PC. The console is off, should that matter?

It looks off but it's always on unless out of the outlet.

I can't imagine how unplugging an xbox would result in codes working online(?) Must be something on their end, the first code worked immediately, no others are working. Just tried incognito mode as suggested by chat support, same error.

I used safe mode on chrome (incognito) and Firefox and nothing as well. So support has no answers? You think enabling recurring billing might fix it?

It's not the fact that it's off, but the fact you are logged out of that account. I've had lots of trouble with that when I did my first redeem on the previous deal and that's how I fixed it (learned this from their support at the time): I logged out of ALL the devices using that account, cleared the cache on my computer browser and tried it again. If a single device was still logged in, it wouldn't work. I even had to logout from my outlook on my phone. It's like something got stuck. At the time the error message was a bit different though. "You are stranded" or something like that.

And this was using Turkish keys from the last deal.

I have no idea why but MS never got that xbox system straight. Sorry you are having trouble.
