They are not even close to the quality of Knipex. These things tend to lose "grip' after the first few times of usage. Also, the teeth are not nearly as useful. If you use these more than ~4 times, get a better quality set.
99% of the time both are similar when not in use. 0.5% also similar depending how you use them. Rest 0.5 % Knipex is better and yes 0.5% matters a lot.

That being said, don't expect them to work any better than the HF locking pliers, which I would call adequate at best.

Some people like Milwaukee because of the fact you can stick a screwdriver in the grip to get extra leverage if you're trying to crank the pliers.
