This is a pretty good deal to grab one of those items that coupons do not work on and never go on sale.

I just spoke with Bed, Bath, and Beyond customer service and they said this promotional gift card will NOT work on BuyBuyBaby. I haven't personally tested it, but that's the word from their customer service.

I also wanted to check and did a chat with someone from Bed Bath Beyond and they said the same thing.

And to reply to my reply. I just chatted again with someone else from Bed Bath Beyond, and they told me it does work, cross website. I guess I'll try it and post results if anyone is interested.

I was able to add it to My Funds and use it on buybuybaby. I don't think this extra step is required and you can probably use it directly on buybuybaby, but I can confirm that this method works.

If you mean the "excluded from coupons" items like UPPAbaby etc., I am not sure. I have not tried it yet. Maybe some else has experience with that.

Yeah, specifically the Uppababy cruz. It's the last item on our registry over $200 that my wife really wants. Trying to take advantage of this deal and save as much as possible.

If you have a store nearby you could give it a try. Otherwise I'd recommend ordering it today or tomorrow while they still offer $150 MyFunds if you spent $600 on BuyBuyBaby. So you could buy $700 worth of gift cards for $540 (in 2 orders) to order the Cruz and get it for $540 plus $150 in MyFunds. Seems like a great deal.

We're doing it. I messaged customer service for a coupon to BBBaby and they gave me a 15% off total order coupon to use too. She said it likely wouldn't work for the Uppababy and it did say on it that it wouldn't work, but I was able to order it with the discount plus the gift card discounts. Saved us a ton!

I just asked if they had a 15% off total order coupon. They applied it to my account. See more info from below:

used the chat feature on the bed bath and beyond website! You can get around all of the automated prompts by using the word "agent" and it took about 5ish minutes but eventually spoke with a person.

As a tip if you get the Cruz, add around an $7-$8 item to your cart after the 15% discount. Your total will be just below $600 before taxes without it, so you'd only get $100 in rewards.

So basically what we did, see below:

Subtotal: 706.48 (with a bottle brush added to bring new 'after discount' subtotal over $600 to get $150 in rewards)
Discount (15%): 105.97
Taxes: 54.64
Total: 655.15
No shipping because we picked up in store.

Total Gift card values purchased: $655.15
Gift card 1 actual cost: $400 ($500 value)
Gift card 2 actual cost: $124.12 ($155.15 value)

Total out of pocket cost: $524.12
Add in the $150 rewards: $374.12. (If you see this as a discount) it's still money spent i get it, but makes it a better deal if there are other things you need to buy.
