Is this good for normal house use? I want to change switches at my home, my ceiling fans is running very slow so thinking it might be capacitor problem. Can I test with this multimeter?

Can anyone comment on the quality of this or the Kaiweets HT118A, which this seems so be a rebranding of?
It's still on sale at $25.19. Is this a good deal or a get what you pay for?

I read reviews mentioning cheap fuses that blow even below load and apparently they're not user replaceable.
