I haven't been impressed with their earbuds (one notch above $20 skullcandy and on par with other generic ear buds on ebay/Amazon). The fact that they've been in someone else's ears, well that's just the icing on top!
I'm hoping it's not like the Sony xm earbuds I received from Amazon warehouse / secondipity where it was just slathered in earwax.
They tried to give me a 10% discount to keep them. I was disgusted. Beware.
The sound is good enough for me (though I don't consider myself an audiophile). My only complaint is that the case battery seems to have significantly lowered in capacity over the past year.
