I'm not trying to be argumentative; I'm genuinely curious as it isn't a complaint I've heard or experienced with the bread. Desserts? Oh yep, absolutely. We like it sweeter than everywhere.

I'm not trying to be argumentative; I'm genuinely curious as it isn't a complaint I've heard or experienced with the bread. Desserts? Oh yep, absolutely. We like it sweeter than everywhere.

I knew a British lady that would buy only sourdough bread because that was the closest thing to what she was used to back home.
[*If you were to take a French person to an American supermarket and ask them what they think of French bread and French roast coffee. You'd get an earful.
People from other countries also find our milk chocolate much too sweet as they're used to a bitter taste.]
If an American came across the latter two breads. He/she would probably throw them out.....thinking it was stale or moldy. They also become rock hard within 24 hrs.

Just a few types of "bread" that we can eat here, like sourdough bread. But most of the times, I'll bake it myself
