Regular price on website is $199.99.
This price I paid of $169.00 included a $30.00 discount. My final price was after tax ($13.39) was $183.38 with after taxes. Hope it helps. I've only had the camera for about a week, but so far I thrilled with the Camera.

Regarding the code not working... I have ran into this with amazon with copying codes from SD. Something about how you select the code and paste into amazon's coupon field... sometimes amazon doesn't like it. First I thought it was a white space issue (extra space) but that wasn't the case. It was a difference between double clicking the text of the code on SD or dragging and highlighting the code.
e: just tested. double clicking the code to highlight it and copy it, doesn't work in amazon (you get red text). I then did it again by dragging and selecting the code, and pasted into amazon coupon and it accepted. I'm not doing any special form of pasting, and I'm copying the same text (again, no white space) both times, so if a web dev can explain why the way the text is selected (double click vs drag and highlight) matters... would be curious to know!
Worst case, you can always copy the code, paste into notepad, recopy from there, and you should have plain text copied. Or...*shudder* type the code out manually.

Also, these cams have local storage only, so if something happens to the camera I believe you'll lose your footage. Ring may charge $100/yr, but you do get offsite storage for unlimited cameras for that price.
You just need to weigh what your needs/goals are. Otherwise, the build quality on these cameras (eufy is an Anker company) is really good!
