The app coupon is Limit 4 like it was last year. Just went today and got 4 small slurpees.

Called local 7/11 and they said promo only valid 7/11 and not 1st through 11th.

That's without using the app on the actual 7-11 day.

The app coupon can be used the 1st through the 11th.

They run out of small cup in every 711. I saw one store was restocking medium & large cups, not small cups, not sure if they are hoarding small cups intentionally to get foot traffic without giving free slurpee away.
