Manual for unit. Seems pretty simple. Most of the buttons are for pre-programmed foods like chicken, fish, fries, shrimp.

I only put one layer of things in mine.. besides fries anyway,but still don't fill up even close to the brim like that

Dry brine (pat dry with paper down then heavily salt) boneless skinless chicken breast in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Next brush the chicken with oil (vegetable or olive are my preference) and any seasoning you desire. Cook at 360-375 degree on the air fry settings. Cook for 9 minutes and then flip. Finish cooking until your chicken reaches an internal temperature of 360 degrees.

Easily my favorite way to prepare chicken.
