I snagged one a while back... Can't recall price, but I'd say definitely worth 5 bucks. And that little mini is surprisingly handy - I expected never to use it.

I'm slowly swapping all my cheap tools for HART. So far have had 0 issues and customer service is great. I complained that I thought something was wrong with one of their mowers after it wouldn't lower....so they sent me another $300 mower and said to keep both batteries.

I have this set as well (from the $1 blowout after xmas), and I love the well designed big cutter (use it all the time), but the little cutter has the worst design I have ever seen in a bladed tool. There is no guard whatsoever to keep the blade from slicing your fingers if the blade catches on something or your grip slips, and the card-sized grip is wider than most people are used to so possibly more prone to slippage on the smooth enameled metal. Looks cool but I will never use it because it just isn't worth it. YMMV..

I do love the bigger cutter, worth the price just for that cutter alone..
