I think the echo dot is in for a refresh this year.. which should bring the price of the current and previous generations down

On a deal posting site, some post appear posted for the betterment of fellow buyers. Some appear posted for lining the pockets of the seller and ad poster.

This can overlap at times, and who knows the intention of the posters? All we can do is judge the value of the item compared to the price one can obtain a similar or better item.

What makes you think that?
The 4th Gen is pretty new and has been available for a much shorter time than what the previous gens were before they were replaced.
