Finally got the number ported to AT&T. Is this what it is supposed to be for 16gb data?
Discount reward offer: 8 gb expires in 9/24. plan data (includes 0 rollover data): 8 gb.See attached pic.
This is normal. The plan should be listed as an 8gb plan with 8gb bonus per month. You use the 8gb bonus data every month first, then use the 8gb plan data. Rollover data is ONLY from the 8gb plan data which means you can only roll over 8gb a month max.

Att is the only of the big 3 that has prioritized data for Pre paid. It's why I'm here
super late but in my experience verizon prepaid was the best by far but i was on lte and unlimited. Barely any deprioritization compared to at&t or t mobile which both throttled down like crazy during the day pretty often. Other 2 have faster max speeds though

Successfully ported my number from Cricket. I had to port twice, first into tmobile and then to ATT. I activated my plan directly onto my Samsung Galaxy S21 eSIM. I selected eSIM activation card instead of the Prepaid sim card when ordering. Direct online eSim activation didn't download the eSIM profile in my android phone (Guess it is only for iPhones)

Did they ship eSIM QR code via "mail" to activate it on your S21?
That's great I've S22 to follow similar way.
I was thinking activate it on my iphone11 esim and later move it to S22 esim. It saves time.

if this method works op can add esim mail option for non-iphone users, in the main page itself

Yes, they do ship the QR code in mail. I received it through overnight fedex. Also they don't charge for eSim activation QR card when ordering online. You got to visit https://www.att.com/buy/wireless/...repaidbyod and select the Get an eSim activation card instead option and continue with the plan selection.

I'm in the Red Pocket 12-month prepaid program right now and plan to switch to this deal. Does anyone know if I can keep my existing number? Thanks

if it is Redpocket ATT then you may need follow wiki page for ATT MVNO to ATT-PREPAID instruction,

if it is Redpocket with non-att mvno, then you follow again wiki page for "order with new-number, activate temp new number and call att customer service to port your existing number"
