I stopped reading right there. I can't believe anyone would buy anything not LED anymore. If you're in the Bay Area, these will cost more electricity than the lights in a single month.
Edit: Lol they take 70 watts. LEDs would take 2 watts.
It's called over stocking. Get ready for a lot of sales on random items that WM, Target and others overstocked. Like mrmochi said, I would NOT buy these non-LED ones, even at this price, they also will not be as bright or look nice in my opinion.

2nd price cut in a month on this item. what happened inflation? anyway these are good product i bought more. wish they had a price match policy that covered this still.

Can these type of lights be put on a motion detector? But prefer LEDs also. I mean do they sell motion detector things that you could plug other stuff into?
Thanks, I'll stock up. In my experience, LED lights are just as likely to die on me as incandescent (and harder to fix when they do so), so I really question just how much I'm saving in energy costs with a 50+ percent markup when I'm constantly replacing them. So now I buy whatever is on sale off-season.

Can I replace a light that goes out instead of tossing an entire string of LEDS because I can't tell when they all go out!

I actually dislike how bright the LED ones are vs incandescent and I'm hyper sensitive to the motion jitter that the LEDs have.
That said, I can tolerate the warm white LEDs enough for the energy savings. I still go incandescent on multicolor bulbs, though. Only one company has gotten those right and they're $50 for just a set of 25 bulbs and sell out immediately.
