I bought this as a black Friday deal for the same price last year. Had it for 6 months and used both wet and dry with no issues.
At this price it's worth the buy if you need one.
Have the 8g stainless steel version and it is awesome. Had a full AC drip pan and it cleared it immediately. Afterwards, I used the blow function to clear the drain line. Worked perfectly. Well worth the $30
This brand any good? The 8 gallon one seems like a good deal for me.
It works well. I've had the stainless steel one for 6 months. I was using it in 0°f and dropped the top and the plastic clip snapped. I called customer service and the sent me replacement parts not charge. The clips are a weak point but I'd still recommend it for 30 bucks. I've clean my car, my garage floor and inflated a swimming pool.
I have the 8 gallon and it's a little big for taking inside the car and the hose isn't super long. You can still get the job done but you might need to get creative. I have a sedan so the 4 doors help getting into the tight spots and trunk.

Can anyone explain to me why HART 3-in-1 Wet/Dry Shampoo Vac, 6 Gallon 5.5 Peak HP Vacuum Cleaners https://www.walmart.com/ip/685999837 cost $139, 6 gallon w/ 5.5 peak hp power? And 8 gallon w/ 6 peak hp only $29. Thank you.

Hart is Owned by TTI (Techtronic Industries Company Limited), Hart Tools is one of several brands including Milwaukee, Ridgid, Ryobi and several others that TTI manages.
I haven't used any vacuums from them but have used some of Thier power tools and they seemed on par with Ryobi quality. So ya store exclusive brand with trickle down features and quality build from higher end brands.

Walmart branded. Not bad for $30. But not as good as my rigid for $50 on sale. Fwiw
Hart is not an OEM for Walmart. Hart power tools might be exclusive to Walmart (Hart has made other tools prior to showing up at Walmart), but they are made by the same company that makes Ryobi, Ridgid, and Milwaukee. Hart power tools seem to be exclusive to Walmart as Ryobi is exclusive to Home Depot.

Seems like YMMV...

Anyone know how they compare?
I see the Vacmaster has has a 5 year warranty vs the Hart's 3 year.
EDIT: vacmaster 12g is 143cfm while this 8g is only 100cfm so its significantly less airflow.
