Sorry, I mistyped. The upcoming Watch 5 Pro will NOT have the rotating bezel. They're getting rid of it for the Watch 5 generation. The 4 Classic will be the last model with one. The rotating bezel is the main reason I got my Watch 3, as it makes it a lot easier to navigate the small screen.

I've had every watch Samsung has ever made. I always pre-order them. Google Wear OS is superior. The options for apps alone make it worth the switch. Tizen was abandoned by developers. I mean, even Samsung threw in the towel. I'd recommend you do the same.

That's weird. I've had blood pressure and ECG on my Watch 3 here in the US for over a year. Was support delayed for the 4? I know both the 3 and 4 only support either feature if it's paired to a Galaxy phone. There's a modded Samsung Health Monitor app you can install to get those features if you're not in a supported region or Galaxy phone, if you're so inclined.

I missed some of the previous ebay "open box" deals, so I ended up buying a Black 44mm bluetooth version, Amazon "renewed" for $139 a couple weeks ago.

It looks/functions like brand new. The charger was still wrapped in plastic wrap, so I'm guessing someone just opened it, tried it on, and returned it.

I was never really a watch guy before, but I wear it every day now and love it. Using tap pay through Google Pay is awesome! Battery life is great as well. I do turn it off overnight but it lasts me 3 days on a charge.

Will this be able to make calls when connected to an LTE plan? (Essentially replacing a cell phone for emergency calls)

I had purchased an older Galaxy Watch (46mm) Silver (4G LTE) SM-R805 and connected it to an LTE plan thinking it could be used in emergency situations for the elderly in replace of a phone but found out the watch still needed the phone nearby.

I purchase the 4 from the Samsung deal with the Google Play Gift Card and while i love the watch the battery life is awful. It doesn't even last one day before you have to recharge. Ridiculous.

Does this watch have to be hooked up to LTE or can it work via bluetooth if you have your phone in your pocket. I am not looking for a extra bill just to be able to read, text and call from watch while phone is in my pocket. Is the watch capable of that?
