One review says they found King in store for $49.97. But if you know Costco pricing, items ending with .97 is on clearance. So I would say YMMV for instore.

Can't remember much. A bit rough feeling. Not nice enough to tempt me, even at that price, but that was mainly because the patterns didn't look that great in the packaging. It looks nicer in the online pic with being able to see the whole bed made up, though.

These may be pretty, but for comfort, nothing beats a duvet with a fresh clean cotton cover.
Once you go duvet w/ cover you never go back.

Isn't the duvet the cover? So wouldn't it just be a cotton duvet over a comforter?

no the duvet is inside the cover, the cover completely envelops the duvet. the duvet cover is thin, like a sheet. the duvet provides the weight and warmth. It lets you quickly change the cover for a completely fresh experience.

Ahh, I see. Thanks. Duvet with a cover seems far more sensible than a comforter. Easier to keep clean.

I used to use duvet+cover. But after a few nights, the duvet would lose alignment inside the cover. Sometimes it would just bunch up on one side of the cover. And the other side of the cover just feels like a cotton sheet. It was super annoying to me, so I just switched to using regular comforters

Also what are shams, coverlets and quilted shams? Shams are pillowcases and coverlets are sheets? (from a little googling)
