Both made by TTI, I am guessing this wont be too far off from that (dont hold me to it!).
So far I haven't had any issues and I'm a fan of how they often make one-off items like this for specialty use. Not everyone needs a 20ft measuring tape. Ex. Measuring photo frames, measuring air filter sizes, etc.
Hart customer service is amazing and if you ever have issues they're really good about sending a replacement without much effort.
