This is very nice and I think it's a good chance to apply. $200 is the maximum sign-up bonus so far for this card.
It has regularly $50-$150 sign-up bonus but $200 is usually offered at only limited times every year.

I was already in the process of just adding groceries to alexa and ordering the lot once a week to save spending time out at the store and this is just going to seal the deal because I'll set the card to autopay and not even think about it.

Yes. You do get 5% back if you're sharing prime and using the store card (from Synchrony Bank).

You do have two cards now. The cards are from different banks. This one is from Chase. The store card is from Synchrony Bank.

So I went ahead and applied for the Amazon Shopping Card, and was immediately approved and got the $150 GC. But I don't believe I'll be getting the 5% benefit. It seems I fall into the "invited guests of an Amazon Prime account" exclusion. My Prime account dates back to 2004 when they had a now-defunct program where a Prime-paying member could invite up to 4 non-family members as an "invited guest." Fortunately they grandfathered the program after discontinuing it, so I've never paid a Prime membership fee in my life. But with this exclusion, there is no incentive for me to use this card, so I'll just wait a bit and cancel it.

Upon clicking view deal, it takes to amazon page, where it doesn't say anything about $200 credit. It only shows as $75 credit for new card members.
