Just stick with zooz devices. You need a company that will push firmware at some point.

Per this thread they seem unhappy to work with hubitat:

I just installed an open/close sensor from them 10 minutes ago. They do run sales all the time so open close sensor goes for around $18. Also it supported the new edge drivers from smartthings (local execution).

I saw this sensor when it first appeared on monoprice's website a while back. It had zero reviews so I hesitated buying. Seems that it still has zero reviews on their website, so I am still hesitating. I am suspicious of the claimed upto 10 year battery life.

The Zooz Z-Wave sensors are the same price at Thesmartesthouse.com

I have 5 of them connected in Smartthings and they work perfectly. Very fast and reliable.

Can someone point me in the right direction how to get started with this? zooz, hubitat, how does it all work. I googled stuff I see Hubitat "Elevation" Hub $99 on sale, then Zooz sells something that looks identical for $109 but they don't call it Elevation. Is this the Z-Wave hub then? Do I need other stuff for more devices or just this one hub? How does it all fit together, does Hubitat work with HA or is it an alternative? So many questions.
