WARNING: They do NOT have Wifi calling!

That may not be a problem for you, but it is for me and unfotunatley I only found it out after porting my number over on a 3 month plan ($30 from Best Buy last month, so not as good as this deal!)
I tried boost mobile trial a second time… and idk they lock you into autopay and I couldn't remove the payment card. Then they tried charging way before the trial was up for renewal. I asked customer service through phone because their chat support never works to remove it. They assured me they did but it still showed in my account…

My advice is virtual card to be safe. Also, unless they recently changed it - your plan activates right away after purchase unless your port in.
Pretty much have to port from carrier to carrier if you always want the best deal. Have gone from Mint (3 months 10GB/month for $30), to visible ($5 for first month with referral), to something like this. Rinse repeat. Slightly annoying, but save a decent enough amount of money doing so.

It's really crazy that (a) the email issue is still going on and (b) that your suggestion doesn't take any accountability for the ongoing issue(s) with your website (email issue, checkout errors, etc.) or provide any sort of reassurance whatsoever, implying that this is the customer's fault rather than your team's, and (c) your solution is basically to have the customer perform a rain dance followed by the Hokey Pokey.

I'm personally still waiting for an answer to the question I asked on page 1 of this thread - and all I'm asking is for you to corroborate information that's literally on your own website.

You may be right. [trustpilot.com]

Also, regarding to your question on page 1, I have received a response from my team. This is actually incorrect information and is now in the process of being fixed on our website. Thanks for your patience here.

On the AT&T plan they do activate it as it ships.

Also to Note: Boost Mobile's AT&T deal allows them to have the AT&T 310-410 network which is important as there was an AT&T OTA server update that the server now looks for your AT&T banded phone to be on the 310-410 network to continue to receive updates.

So if you have a AT&T branded phone, pop this Boost AT&T sim into it and as long as it activates successfully wait for 2 minutes after startup and then check for a OTA update and if there is one it will start downloading.

Any AT&T Branded phone on Cricket will no longer receive updates due to Cricket being 310-170.

Hard-capped data was this plan's only weakness outside the horrible website.

What an amazing response to Mint Mobile's recent $15/mo promotion! This is a smoking hot deal!
Welp...dude said the soft-cap info was an error. It's still hard capped. Back to square one.

Boost just can't stop tripping over themselves. A true life tragedy. 😩

Is this unlimited 2G data only on this and other plans on their website or does it apply to the ones that Boost Mobile has for sale on Stack Social as well?!

I just signed up for this promo and was able to remove it right after i created my acc. You go to acc settings and you can turn off auto pay and remove your card.
I just signed up today as well and I don't see it in account settings. Unless you mean in the app, which I cannot access because I do not have my number yet.</p>

The website says that both the 5GB and Unlimited (35GB) plans experience slower speeds after the high-speed data allotment, and two different Twitter reps have confirmed we're understanding that correctly, but @BoostMobileCS says that while that's what the website is presently advertising, to disregard it because it's an error - instead, data will stop until the beginning of your next billing period once 5GBs are used.

None of my card went through on that website. Two transactions already confirmed by the bank. I am losing $30 already.

I did this last time around with the $.99 deal for one month on their expanded network, which is service on AT&T. It was good reception in my area, no issues with their service. I was even able to obtain my account number and porting pin by calling customer service.
Expanded Network is TMobile. This SIM is for the Transformed Network using AT&T.

No unlimited 2g on my.boostmobile.com plans.

Except the "unlimited" plan with 35gb of high speed.

Why won't Boost mobile recognize international dual SIM phones or any international bought phones?

They will SIM LOCK your phone meaning it will NOT accept any other SIM
AT&T does not allow any dual physical SIM phones or INTL models.

Will not SIM lock your incompatible phone; it just won't work nor activate.

Same. Their website has been broken for months. I don't know how others manage to order it.
Tried with several browsers with ad blockers disabled.
Pathetic.
