WARNING: They do NOT have Wifi calling!

That may not be a problem for you, but it is for me and unfotunatley I only found it out after porting my number over on a 3 month plan ($30 from Best Buy last month, so not as good as this deal!)
I tried boost mobile trial a second time… and idk they lock you into autopay and I couldn't remove the payment card. Then they tried charging way before the trial was up for renewal. I asked customer service through phone because their chat support never works to remove it. They assured me they did but it still showed in my account…

My advice is virtual card to be safe. Also, unless they recently changed it - your plan activates right away after purchase unless your port in.
Would be nice if their plans didn't jump from 5GB at $15 normal price to "unlimited" for $50. Maybe 10GB at $15? Mint wins, I guess. $5 is amazing for the first 3 months, but 5GB is unfortunately too limiting in 2022.

Just need a sim for a month? Can I use this one for a month and cancel the connection?
you can cancel it at any time. just keep in mind that you're prepaying for the 3 months. so if you think you're only paying $5 for one month, then no, you are losing $10 with 2 remaining months.

What kind of device do you have? Does it work on AT&T network? 5G?

Mind you, people have been experiencing issues even when their phones are perfectly capable: https://www.reddit.com/r/BoostMob..._scamming/

Boost (Dish Network) needs to know that you can't rush customer acquisition and profits by scamming customers out the gate. They need to build trust. Good reputation goes a long way.
The issue really isn't with Boost, it's with AT&T. When they shut down their 3G network they screwed up a whole bunch of non-5g but VOLTE capable phones. The list had many phones that they had not whitelisted (like Motorola Z3 series and almost anything Huawei) and some phones that they said were compatible (like many unlocked versions of the Samsung S9 and S10 lines). The issues seems to have to do with their provisioning system which throws a fit anyone tries to do anything network related on these phones (activate, change plans, add features, etc.).

It wasn't just Boost that was impact, other MVNO's were as well... as were some of AT&T;s own prepaid customers. That said, you're service is with Boost, it's their job to fix it.

AT&T does not allow any dual physical SIM phones or INTL models.

Will not SIM lock your incompatible phone; it just won't work nor activate.
AT&T has certified OnePlus 6T or newer in US spec, and they have dual physical SIM slots.

5G units will not be able to access 5G at this time however.

OK so the original post is incorrect? That's pretty important. Here is the info from first post:

Unlimited Talk, Text, & 5GB 5G/4G LTE per month

FREE Shipping ($4.99 value)
Includes Mobile Hotspot
Works on Most Unlocked GSM Phones

For your first 3 months of service, 5GB plan for $5/mo. is billed for $15. After your first 3-months, 5GB plan is billed for $45 every 3 months

They need to change that line. Expanded network is definitely Tmobile. This is confirmed.
Thanks for the heads up. I would not consider using Tmobile network.

When checking out on the unlimited Boost promo on SD it showed AT&T Sim on checkout weeks ago. Oddly this deal does not show that now, wonder if they removed it ?
I do have the unlimited plan Boost deal and can confirm it's on the AT&T network.

Interestingly, I have a Samsung S10 with Net10/ Verizon.

I asked them to switch to AT&T service. (I have both sims, and where I am ATT has better service.)

They looked up my IMEI and told me my phone is not compatible with AT&T. My phone is an unlocked phone and is supposed to work with all carriers.

Hello Mobile is a great deal!

This is supposed to go on for a while. No official end date. Probably through July.

Yes.

Unlimited is $25/mo, paid monthly, or $40/mo for 2 lines - tax inclusive price. Second monthly free. 👀

Mint's unlimited plan is $30/mo, paid yearly. At that rate, I'd rather pay for Boost's unlimited (AT&T), paid quarterly: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/boos.../6484737.p

Hard-capped data was this plan's only weakness outside the horrible website.

What an amazing response to Mint Mobile's recent $15/mo promotion! This is a smoking hot deal!

EDIT: Website has been updated. No 2G data after 5GB allotment.

I have an unlocked T-mobile Oneplus 7T (model HD1907). I know Cricket Wireless SIM doesn't work in it. I checked IMEI in Boost Mobile it says "Great news! Buy an Expanded Network SIM Card Online". However, when I check which phone works by brand and model, only Oneplus 7T (HD1905) is listed. This is confusing.

Actually, if you have been following the threads, MINT is $45 for three months. Unlinited everything. I used them with a lot of Data and was never cut off.

However, your place Hello Mobil is also pretty cheap now for two months, because they seem to be offering the 2nd month free.
