Any update on your order. Mine still says processing. Called customer service and spoke with a supervisor. He couldn't determine why it was not shipped yet and then transferred me to sales to see if the payment went through, I know it went through beacuse its already posted on my credit card few days back. But the sales rep was unhelpful said he is in refund department and then my call got dropped. All in all I was on line with 3 people for about an hour and nothing got solved.

You've gotta be patient with this deal. Their support is mostly useless and I don't think I've seen anyone get good order updates from them. Just give it a week or two. They almost always get them out, but it can take a while sometimes.

Mine was unlocked right away, for some reason it show my services as Feb 2022 during activiation, once log back into the account, it show correctly as of June 26.
I also try to unlock using the website provided in the forum before activiation, not sure if that change anything.
