I'm sure you are trolling. I have this tv and it its great for the price. You do have to update the firmware day one. The picture was grainier than normal on YouTube until I updated it but the 4k content was gorgeous for an LED. To say it's crappy is very misleading. If you were expecting an oled or qled that cost much more thats on you.

I ordered this for delivery tomorrow . 3 days . I got this instead of Samsung Q8 which was $1K in store or online . I wanted to save $500. I hope this TV is something I like .

I got this TV delivered today .. It was damaged when delivered. No physical damage, but half the screen on the right and about 6 inches horizontal on the top is just blacked out. Looks like it was kept in the delivery truck or in the sun too long and Texan sun just melted it.. Frown

That TV was $599 around Memorial Day Weekend with free soundbar, I canceled it but regrettably so. Its 60hz but other than that its not a downgrade

That one doesn't have 120hz HDMI 2.1 and also doesn't support Dolby Vision HDR.

What's with the LG content store app? Used have free channels but now when I turn on the tv it just says lg store and it is stuck there . Also are the delivery guys supposed to take back the package and the box ? I paid $15 or $20 something for the set up but they left the big tv box here .
