In the past couple of years, these things have become as hard as rocks. Smoothies or the gel ones are the way to go.

I'm not finding a lot of relief from the acid and phlegm in my throat most mornings by using these... Baking soda seems to work the best but it is the worst thing I've ever tasted. Suggestions...?

I pay for all of my subscribe and save items using my Amazon gift card balance by scrolling down and changing my payment method on the final screen from credit card to gift card balance which is a checkmark you have to check off on the top of the screen.
