That's what I had as a kid 30 years ago but some say this one isn't that good. Do you have this one?

I also got the Fortnite HC on a SD back for Xmas and it's worth it. solid build and shoots great.

I have kids and neighbors kids that play pretty rough with all the guns we have. The best one is probably the Scatter Blast. Can get quite a few shots out of it, it's not flimsy and it's easy to operate. Unfortunately they're not like the super soakers of the 90s and don't fall for the reissued ones because they have issues holding pressure.

Hydro Frenzy is pretty fun too and the Barracuda looks decent, will probably pick that one up.

Bought 2 XP-50 from Target. Both defective. One leaks from handle upon first fill. Second one has crack in tank at seam before first fill. Big Fail. My kid was not impressed with the best water guns from my childhood. Hopefully just really bad luck. Buying 2 more today. Fingers crossed.

These are all trash, even at these prices. Do not be fooled... these are NOT the Super Soakers you remember from the 90's. Cheap knock-offs, and most are defective after a few uses.

Do yourselves a favor and instead get the X-Shot guns by ZURU from Target. Better builds, fast refill options on several of them (SO much better than stupid caps to remove), and pricing is nearly identical to this as you get dual and even triple packs for the X-Shot guns. The Micro Fast Fill Pistols are AWESOME!

Dad, 3 kiddos, and neighborhood kids approved!

I grabbed 3 scatter shots but might try 2 packs of these as well. Do they hold a good amount of water or need refilled frequently?
