for those locked:

Change the one quantity you are allowed to change to 20 30 and it will allow you to change the rest.

i think anythign tied to the first 10 items are auto locked.
then change the 20 back to 1

after I checked out...

The promo is off now. I cant figureout the pattern after tryign a new order.

Seem to be getting a 404 error on the checkout process.

EDIT: Looks like you need a minimum charge amount in your cart for the checkout process.

checkout is dying really, unable to remove the items from the cart and checkout is redirecting to 404 page
