Regularly $309, I've been following this one 1-2x a week since I have it at home and love it and wanted another for the office. Hadn't seen it drop below $189 for the past couple months or so, today down to $124.99 and you can save an additional 5% if you do store pickup.

Edit: Got mine, not bad, see how long it lasts and if the cushion goes flat or leather flakes. Kind of firm but comfortable.

Watch out putting it together, the back screws are hard to line up, takes two people. Don't want to strip these threads. Not an easy chair to put together for that reason. I didn't strip a thread or cross thread, but I could see it easily happening.

This chair cover was suggested [amazon.com] in a previous thread.
