Ya I'd definitely get 2 ton Jack stands at a minimum underneath the frame/rear axle. Otherwise you'll exceed any half ton trucks payload by a considerable margin and possibly damage the suspension, etc. The weight of the water will be close to 3000lbs not to mention the people in it. So you're looking at close to 3500lbs all in.

Just thinking through the logistics of this thing. You can only use it near a water source, right? That really limits its usefulness. Doesn't seem engineered to be filled then taken to your NASCAR tailgating extravaganza or insta-ready camping spot. I guess if you had a pump you could fill it with river water. Using it in your driveway doesn't seem all that fun.

Haha, great way to kill your suspension. Based on the dimensions listed on the website (unclear if these are the internal or external dimensions), the capacity of this pool is ~1,400 liters. Let's assume you fill it to 80% capacity, that's still over 1,100 liters meaning 1,100kg of water - that's 2,500lbs. The payload capacity of an F-150 is 1,700-2,500lbs depending on the model (without payload package) which means that with just the water you've already exceeded your truck's payload capacity. Oh, and lest we forget, YOU STILL DON'T HAVE ANY PEOPLE IN IT. So, let's add 500lbs of redneck and that truck is going to be groaning under the weight.
