Highly unlikely. I talked to my local microcenter store manager and he said their current oled 77 and 83 pricing is at cost and since only a few left, they are going to keep it at this price until all sell. As long as price difference of 22 and 21 models is big enough, people will pay current prices for 21 models

Yes. It has 300x300 vesa mount if you dont want to use the built in mount on top. you can use any mount with this TV but its selling point is the flush mount feature

That's no longer possible. LG patched that out in a recent firmware. If you somehow get a launch unit on it's initial firmware with an older build date, you might be able to do it.

I want to place it on a tv wall mount away from my fireplace as it cannot be mounted on the wall there.

Yup! The Gallery series supports VESA mounting. I believe it's 300x300. Here's a video of Paul The Tech Giant mounting the 65" LG G1 on a standard mount.

I have a B6 65 inch model and would like to upgrade to a 77 inch. Can I use existent wall mount which was original LG only option to wall hang it? Dont want to experience with a new wall mount. I believe it was 300 x 200 but I could be mistaken. I know that C1 and B1 are somewhat similar looking in the back since top is thin and bottom half has an inch or so thickness. For me it doesnt matter if its a C1 or G1 but it seems that G1 is a cheaper option with this deal.

It includes a proprietary wall mount ... and this is designed to be a "gallery" mount / flush mount install. Not saying you can't put it on a stand, but... that's one of the "premium" features about this vs. the C series.

Mostly the only thing that separates this from a G1 is the evo panel and the ATSC 3.0 tuner and its thinner. The tuner alone is 200 bucks. The brighter panel is the biggest difference. Of your not using it as a gallery tv, you can buy your own mount foe 60 bucks or more to use on it.

Rightfully so. The C1 isn't designed with the heat dissipation to handle the extra brightness. People worry about burn-in and that's how you accelerate burn-in.

Wondering since the TV is so thin, what if it can be mounted on the ceiling above the bed. Would it be great to watch a giant TV in bed without having to tilt your head?

I wholeheartedly agree. Then you have a similar group of people who go into the service menu and disable ASBL. Once they notice burn in on their sets, they'll run to Reddit or another forum and complain about burn in. The never ending cycle...
