How's Gigabyte as an AIB vendor? Is it worth it to pay more for Asus or EVGA?

Not a good price, I bought the 3080 FE from bestbuy deal 5 days ago for $700. Anything above MSRP is a bad deal.

Artesian build went bankrupt, and there was a livestream auction for all miners selling their cards. Price on GPU's should all be under MSRP.

This is hot garbage for this price. It's a marginal improvement over a 3070 and that's a $500 card. These retailers have no shame. No SHAME! Lol

The FE's are two-fan cards that run hot, I'd rather have an AIB card.

This is the lowest yet, but would prefer Asus, EVGA or maybe MSI.

On top of that the 3070 is almost 2 years old. By now it should be reduced by $50-100. Tsk, tsk...If spending $700 on a GPU is remorseful to you wait until you see the preformances of the 40 series. You'll wish you waited. Of course, if your GPU dies, then that is another story. But if that is the case than I would rather get the 3060 ti.

New cards on the horizon also. Looks to be another massive jump in capability. I think September we may see first launch but probably October. Going to be really competitive.
