This is hot garbage for this price. It's a marginal improvement over a 3070 and that's a $500 card. These retailers have no shame. No SHAME! Lol
On top of that the 3070 is almost 2 years old. By now it should be reduced by $50-100. Tsk, tsk...If spending $700 on a GPU is remorseful to you wait until you see the preformances of the 40 series. You'll wish you waited. Of course, if your GPU dies, then that is another story. But if that is the case than I would rather get the 3060 ti.
New cards on the horizon also. Looks to be another massive jump in capability. I think September we may see first launch but probably October. Going to be really competitive.

Artesian build went bankrupt, and there was a livestream auction for all miners selling their cards. Price on GPU's should all be under MSRP.
