I have one and man it sucks. Bought it for my daughter and she won't even use it so she gave it to me. Gonna donate it to goodwill. The bass is just distorted and gross.

Are you sure is this one? If i remember correctly the one with the problem with the headband is the kraken x lite. I have been using this model for 1 year and 6 months and it's really sturdy.

These things are junk. Just wait until the HyperX Cloud Core headset goes on sale again. It goes on sale super frequently for $30-$35. I have a pair and they sound great. They're also a much better build quality. So much Razer stuff is trash. I'll never understand why so many gamers swear by it. None of them are buying for the quality; that much I can say.

It was this one, not the lite. I get that the headband feels sturdy - mine felt sturdy as well, until it wasn't. Just my experience.

☝🏻agree 100% however these look cooler and are comfortable. I can almost guarantee you your local target or Walmart has these for $25 on their clearance shelf.

I have this...and the sound is fine...its all fine. Cheesy af but fine. I paid 45 for mine a few years ago. My advance is don't use the software included though

I decided to get them from Amazon and after a day of use, the audio quality is less than my current Nintendo switch headset. It is comfortable and the mic seems to work fine but the audio just is no no.
