I have 2 enrolled chase cards (a CSP and CFU) and somehow I'm never qualified every time this kind of promo comes up. Why?!

The running theory is that you'll need to de-enroll your cards, then when this promo comes up, enroll them again for using points. If you're eligible, clicking on the same link in the OP after 48-72 hours will show you that you're eligible. It's YMMV. In a few occasion, my cards became eligible after 48 hours, while other times it continued to say "you're not eligible". You can try it with Discover, Chase and Amex cards when the respected promos pop up. Good luck!
