Not how that works with most computer hardware. It comes down in price but not like that. Stock is usually gone and replaced with next gen long before they have to cut prices like that.

6500XT isn't really worth it. 6600 or XT should be the entry point for just about anyone building now. Anything less and you'll already be shopping for the next card.
