Notes: Battery chemistry is Li-Ion, not LiFePo4, and apparently passthrough charging only works with "vehicle output or AC outlet" and doesn't mention solar or 60W PD charging.
this is only 100W max. that is crazy low. My laptop uses 180W so it won't even charge it.
Depending on the laptop and the power method (USB-C), it might charge it....but *very* slowly, depending on how heavily you're using it. Or it just might deplete the battery just slower -- you're using 180w max but only charging 100w, so instead of a 180w drain on the battery, it's just an 80w drain.
Assuming you're using an under-specced USB-C wall wart too that's 100w or less. Bad things *may* happen if your 180w AC Adapter is expecting 180w of power but doesn't get it. "It depends" on a lot of factors.

Maybe don't expect to be able to use your dedicated video card gaming laptop while camping / power outage? Most laptops are 60W ish, and if you're not gaming it's not actually drawing 180W.
