We just just bought it 5/26 for $30 less w/no $100 gift card so wouldn't they have to match or credit the $30 difference and issue the $100 gift card per their policy? How far past the 90 days are you? Maybe take it up the chain of command/management?

How is the brightness on this tv? I bought a tcl series 4 but returned it because it wasn't that bright and I need something that can be seen well outside on a patio.

Purchased on black Friday. The return period is 90 days. Warranty only says they will fix it. I had them do that and the problem persisted. Asked for my money back or to pay a reasonable amount to upgrade to a different model and their answer was they didn't see anything wrong with it. It's noticable (though it doesn't come through very clear on photos) and when I investigated with Google since I had a Chromecast hooked up - support said "are those PIXELS?" And immediately sent me a new device. It wasn't that. Internet speed is great. It just misses the mark and would buy a different device and avoid Hisense devices.
