We just just bought it 5/26 for $30 less but w/no $100 gift card so wouldn't they have to match or credit the $30 difference and issue the $100 gift card per their policy? Plus it looks like the warranty was extended by 1-2 years, right? Anyone know what to do in
our/my/your/this situation? I'm hoping it can be done w/out having to return it and start over but I would and probably pick up another especially if they honor their policy.
Call their customer service (1800-955-2292) and they should be able to issue you $100 shop card, it'll take 2-3 weeks to physically come in the mail

Purchased on black Friday. The return period is 90 days. Warranty only says they will fix it. I had them do that and the problem persisted. Asked for my money back or to pay a reasonable amount to upgrade to a different model and their answer was they didn't see anything wrong with it. It's noticable (though it doesn't come through very clear on photos) and when I investigated with Google since I had a Chromecast hooked up - support said "are those PIXELS?" And immediately sent me a new device. It wasn't that. Internet speed is great. It just misses the mark and would buy a different device and avoid Hisense devices.
I would try physically returning at a Costco location, sometimes they are lenient and will accept returns even past 90 days.

I see that my Costco offers the 65"…is this good for a bedroom tv that has tons of light? I'm still hung up on brand new tv despite the good overall rating of this tv. I have a Samsung tv and so accustom to the ui and Bluetooth remote. Any thoughts?

U6H is coming, so Costco is clearing the stock. Really hope to get it, but OOS for my area.
I don't follow TVs. I assume U6H will be an incremental upgrade?

Have the 65 inch version. It's pretty good! The only thing I need to figure out is the reds coming in a little too bright.

The Roku interface other then the ads taking a third of the screen is snappy and supports all the apps I want so I think most here will be happy here too.

If you have an issue within the first 90 days contact Costco concierge and have them deal with it rather than hisense

It's already here but not many reviews out yet for it. I believe Rtings has it on the slate for review.

The 2021 U6G (Android) and the U6GR (Roku) were comparable but had slight differences. Some things were better on one and some things were better on the other. Looking at the specs, the 2022 U6H (Google TV) should take the best of both hopefully, like VRR which was not on the U6G but is on the U6GR. It also lists more local dimming zones in the spec sheet. But like I said no in-depth reviews yet.

How long would the $100 shop card be good for? Do they expire?

U6GR5 is a much better TV. Unless you have an unmovable $300 budget. U6GR5.

I bought it 3 weeks ago from Costco after finding it to be the best bang for the buck based on rtings. Returned it last week. The remote went bad after about 5 days. Just stopped working altogether even after changing batteries multiple times. Without the remote you have to use the mobile app as a remote which would crap out a lot of the time. I ended up buying an LG A1 55" on sale from Costco since the C1 is out of my price point. You don't want to get this trust me

Does anyone know if there is any problem receiving the promotional shop card if also paying with a shop card?

To confirm, there's a limit of 1x $100 promo card even if purchasing multiple units? I was told this when trying to do a price adjustment for a previous purchase.

It happened to me as well but basically the connection between remote and tv needed to be reset. There is a small button next to batteries, you need to press that for 5 secs to reestablish the connection. I did it during a full tv reset so it worked and it's been working flawless since then

Anyone know how this compares to Tcl 4 series, personally?
Own both and the Hisense has Dolby vision for movie and tv titles on streaming apps like Netflix pop off the screen, way better built in speakers, and Hisense warranty has person come to your home to repair which is super convenient.
