I bought this for $399.99 on 4/19 and called 1-800-955-2292 for a price adjustment hoping to at least get a $70 shop card but instead the rep gave a $100 refund to my credit card. Super slick!

YMMV. I got a rep that did not want to adjust the price initially, but I mentioned that it is still within the 90 day return policy, and that I would hate to return and rebuy. She spoke with her supervisor who offered a $70 Costco shop card emailed to me within a few days.

Definitely YMMV. I called twice and insisted that they do something about it but both time were told to return and rebuy. Bought two of these and both are in return window 5/13 and 4/3

I upgraded from tcl s405 series. After using hisense for many days, tcl one felt like 0 brightness.

I loved my tcl s405. But i now love my Hisense u6gr 10x more.

Don't trust this junk brand, I bought this tv a couple months ago, an hour after it was set up the screen froze and wouldn't come back until it was unplugged and powered up, happened twice. I returned it after the second freeze and went with LG. Better picture, more reliable electronics.

make sure you get extra warranties on the top on Hisense TV. got a Hisense TV back in 2019 Black Friday, having random shut off issue 2.5 years later. not even worth to try to get parts which is about half the TV cost.

I bought the Android version last year for this price from Amazon with the $100 gift card promotion. Happy with it. Only word of caution, and I'm not sure if this applies to the Roku version, is there are audio issues with Disney+ and HBO Max. Look it up; plenty of forum chat on this subject. The audio sounds tinny. The fix is to use HDMI ARC to a sound bar or AV receiver or plug in a streaming stick/box.

If you have a promo code, for getting a new membership or etc, use it on browser, not the Costco app. App will say it's invalid while it works fine on a PC browser.
